1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace35 ("ace35", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ace35 online casino and sports betting platform available at ace35.club and all associated mobile-browser interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

4Account Registration and Security

To access the Platform's real-money games and sports betting markets, you must register an Account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. The registration process is completed entirely within the ace35 Platform and requires no third-party application or software download.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ace35 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your password.
• You must notify ace35 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by a third party or if your login credentials have been compromised.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

ace35 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ace35, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own limits.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳300. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where KYC or fraud review requirements dictate otherwise.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ace35 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spin promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, account age, or deposit-method restrictions as notified at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms (the wagering requirement) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on casino games and sports betting markets through the ace35 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ace35 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where a clear and manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or live bet, ace35 will apply its standard error resolution procedure. The outcome of a round interrupted by a technical error will be determined by the game provider's server logs, which are the definitive record.

8Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) — Players may set maximum deposit limits at any time. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

ace35 uses fraud detection systems to monitor account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ace35 may act immediately without prior notice to the Player. Decisions made by ace35 in response to detected prohibited conduct are final.

10Account Suspension and Closure

ace35 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ace35, or submission of false or fraudulent KYC documentation.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their Account, including requests made as part of a self-exclusion. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after the closure is processed, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the ace35 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the proprietary intellectual property of ace35 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ace35. 12Limitation of Liability

14Amendments to These Terms

ace35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
